Authentication Guide

Welcome to Todooos! This guide covers how to manage your account access.

Signing Up

To create a new account:

1. Navigate to the Signup page.
2. Enter your details (Name, Email, Password).
3. Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox.

Logging In

Access your workspace by:

1. Entering your registered email and password on the Login page.
2. If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, enter the OTP sent to your email.

Forgot Password?

If you've lost access:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
2. Enter your email to receive a reset link.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Verification & Security

• Email Verification: All new accounts must be verified before full access is granted.
• OTP (One-Time Password): Used for secure logins and sensitive operations.
• Account Locking: For security, accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts.
